I loved the place, it was overall clean & the staff were delightfully helpful.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and overlooked the roof top. Truly enjoyed coffee, bread, cereals, fruit, and cheese for breakfast. Luxurious king room was new-fashioned. The really good staff greeted us with a smile.

We had nice styled and spotless room with a mini refrigerator, a balcony, and excellent internet.

The place was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable and the staff were incredible, the location was brilliant right in front of Tsarevets fortress. Location right by the other sites, all main attractions and the city center. And a short way from Archaeological Museum.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, recommending great places for dinner and assisting with parking. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel had a fantastic rooftop terrace that offered stunning views of the city and surrounding countryside.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The cleaning seemed superficial, with noticeable fingerprints on the doors and mirror.

The location is great as well as the interior design of the hotel. The staff is nice and friendly as well.

The breakfast could be better as well as the service in the restaurant. There is wireless internet in the rooms, but it was so slow that it was impossible to do anything with it.

The location is ideal, with a beautiful view of Tsarevets Castle. The room is spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast offers a good variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and speaking English.

The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated; it's very well situated, near the castle and a few minutes walk from the old city center streets. The restaurant is also nice and the food is great.

The accommodation had a very central location right next to the citadel.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city from our hotel's perfect location. Situated very close to the fortress, we could easily walk to all the main attractions and soak in the history of the medieval fortress of Veliko Tarnovo. The breathtaking view from the roof-top terrace was definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed. The hotel was clean and the WiFi worked flawlessly in our room.

We found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. They were very low and didn't provide the best support for a good night's sleep.

Excellent value for money! Very nice small and modern hotel. Big room and a very nice bathroom, good breakfast and great views over the fortress.

Smoking is allowed in the rooms, as well as elsewhere in the hotel.

The location was great for walking around a grand 12th - century fortress. A castle and a monastery were minute away from the building. The hotel had a magnificent restaurant with great view of the castle.

Facilities were really good, even so internet connection was weak.
